I was told this again and again and I responded to the Returns Department email again and again asking for them to look into this and clarify exactly what they are saying happened and provide any information they can about this. this loop never ended and I’ve never gotten a straight answer.Ĭustomer service told me they can only read me some basic notes from the returns department and then I need to respond to the email from the returns department and they will get back to me. After much more back and forth through emails and phone calls, I was told, no, the package was in fact empty, and then again it was the wrong item in the package, and then that the package was empty and then that it was the wrong item in the package and then again that it was empty. After countless emails and phone calls, I was told that it wasn’t that the package was empty, but the wrong item was in the package and they “disposed” of it. I assumed it was some sort of mistake and I could talk with them to get to the bottom of it. Through my calls with the “Customer Service” department (which they completely differentiate from the “returns department”) I was informed that the shipping box I sent back to amazon had an empty package inside. Confused, I wrote them back and also called them to see what was going on.
